Do you take insurance?
No, Sole PT is an out of network clinic, meaning I do not take any insurance. You will be provided a superbill with all the necessary billing codes for each visit which you can submit on your own for out of network reimbursement.
Do you accept FSA/HSA cards?
Yes! Simply input this as your payment method when scheduling your appointment.

How much does physical therapy cost?
Initial evaluations are approximately 75 minutes and cost $250. This gives us time to take a thorough look at what’s going on, assess how you move, explain what I’m seeing, and get started with treatment during your first visit. I value having the time to answer questions and make sure you understand not just what we’re working on, but why.
Follow-up visits are approximately 50 minutes and cost $200.
Package options may also be available depending on your individual needs and plan of care. After your evaluation, we can discuss which option makes the most sense for you.

How often do I see you for sessions?
Sole Performance Therapy likes to work with clients on a consistent basis. For the first 4-5 weeks, it's recommended clients come 1x a week. Depending on progress, the remaining visits can then be spaced to every other week.
