An online strength program created to help you build strength while improving the way your body moves.

Unlike many workout programs that focus on doing more exercises or lifting heavier weights, PT Powered Workouts focuses on how your body performs each movement. Through guided workouts, detailed cueing, and principles used in physical therapy, you’ll learn how to activate the right muscles, reduce compensations, and build strength in a way that supports your joints and long-term movement health.

Each workout is guided by Dr. Luckow, lasts about 30–35 minutes, and can be done at home. The program is designed to meet you where you are, with exercise progressions and regressions so you can choose what feels best for your body.
